Adrian Speer has worked directly at CNM Estates for the last two years, and has been collaborating to source and appraise projects for CNM since 2005.

In his role as development manager, Alex is responsible for the post acquisition delivery process of mixed-use, residential-led schemes. Starting his career as a structural engineer designing high-rise, city centre developments in New York, USA, Alex has since held senior project management positions with both engineering consultants and contractors in the UK. His cross-discipline career experience allows him to take a hand-on approach when steering projects through the design and procurement stages of development.

Andrew White has spent the last 25 years involved with the UK property market and has gained valuable experience across all real estate fields, including Fund and Asset Management, Investment and Development. Andrew has been a Director of CNM Estates since July 2013.

Mr White is a Qualified Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.

Danielle started at CNM Estates as an Business and Admin Apprentice in May 2016, since completing her NVQ Level 2 she has taken on the role of Social Media Officer for CNM Estates.

Prior to CNM Estates:
Ed has over 30 years experience at board level with major national construction companies including Balfour Beatty and Mansell plc. He trained as a construction technician before branching out into surveying and operating successfully at Managing Director level for over 25 years where he enjoyed delivering projects on time and budget, built on good relationships and repeat business.
He became Managing Director for Mansell Plc for the Midlands and Northern operations – before transferring to London in 1997 as Business Unit Managing Director and a member of Mansell Operating Boards He delivered over £150m yearly turnover specializing in Education, Student Accommodation, Heritage, Fit Out’s, Arts & Sports, Defence, and Transportation.
Prior to Balfour Beatty Ed was Managing Director and Group Commercial Director of J A Elliott a Hertfordshire based Construction Company with extensive portfolio of work ranging from Housing to Superstores with average project size exceeding £10m covering all forms of contract from traditional to design & build.

Felix joined CNM Estates in May 2016 when he decided to take on an Apprenticeship in Business and Administration, since then Felix has provided office administration for the whole team.
Left 6th form in Summer 2015 after completing A-Levels.

Harry joined CNM Estates in July 2016 and initially played a supportive role to Director, James Robson working on large mixed-use regeneration projects as he looked to further understand his role and projects of CNM.
He gained invaluable experience from the early responsibility given to him and more recently, Harry has become the Development Manager on two projects including the full renovation of four Victorian terraced houses and a 17 bed student accommodation project. His internship at Jones Lang LaSalle has enabled Harry to have an active role in assessing the viability of schemes, undertaking appraisals and presenting recommendations to the Development Team.

Jade started at CNM Estates as a Business and Admininstration Apprentice in September 2013, since completing her NVQ Level 2 she has taken on the role of Accounts Manager and IT Support.

James was promoted to Director at CNM Estates in early 2015 and has been at CNM since 2006. He is responsible for CNM acquisitions and also involved in the whole life cycle of key projects. James’ career started out in property development as a land buyer at CNM Estates, during this time he was promoted to Development Manager which saw five projects successfully gain planning, the tender process negotiated and construction commence. One of the highlights was Sutton Point, which is a 450,000sq.ft mixed use regeneration scheme, labelled as Sutton's number one UDP site.

Laila Samady-Mustad earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry at Trinity College, Hartford, CT and a Master’s in Molecular and Cell Biology at Institut Pasteur, Paris, France. She completed her doctorate in Molecular Pathology and Immunology at University College London, UK in 2001 and then she pursued two post-doctoral fellowships at the Institute of Child Health and Great Ormond Street Hospital in London, UK. Her research activities in France, England and the US have focused on various aspects of cancer research in breast cancer and children’s tumours, as well as cancer immunotherapy, and these have resulted in several publications and a number of abstracts, as well as, a commercial spin out (BioVex).
Laila spent five years (2006-2010) at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc. (BIPI), in Washington DC, being part of the field-based Medical Affairs in the Cardiovascular and then Oncology therapeutic area. She was the first Medical Science Liaison in Oncology on behalf of the company and she developed new strategic relationships and partnerships with key opinion leaders in the major cancer centers in the US.
Laila then joined Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, as Associate Director of the Otto J. Ruesch Center for the Cure of Gastrointestinal Cancers, a cancer foundation where she worked on the development of the marketing and advocacy programs.
In 2014, Laila rejoined Boehringer-Ingelheim as Global Trial Alliance Manager within Oncology Clinical Development and Medical Affairs, where she was responsible for the global management of research and clinical studies in Oncology. During this time, she developed a new partnership model between Boehringer Ingelheim and influential research and clinical organizations.
In 2016, Laila decided to join forces with her brother, Wahid Samady at CNM Estates as Director of Community Engagement. In her new role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the community engagement program at CNM Estates. In addition, she is acting as an advisor for Marketing strategy of CNM Estates and she is participating in Human Resources and Management matters.

Having recently embarked on her career, Lara provides support to all Development Managers. Within this role she is exposed to each phase of the development process, from acquisition to sales. In particular, Lara is engaged with the Birnbeck Pier & Island project, currently in the pre-planning application stage.
Additionally, Lara oversees CNM Estates’ branding and marketing, which includes all individual developments, corporate sponsorships and community engagement. During this role Lara has been involved with the marketing of Kingston Plaza Student Accommodation and responsible for the customer relations during it’s launch. She has also project managed various events such as the Kingston Regatta Charity Luncheon and CNM Estates’ sponsorship of the Rose Theatre’s Christmas Production.

Since 2011 Mr Ross has been a Director of CNM Estates.
Michael was previously Chief Financial Officer of an international group of companies, incorporating town and master planning, architectural and structural design, based in London with a network of offices from Abu Dhabi and Dubai to Warsaw, Cork and Shanghai.
Michael professionally qualified as a chartered accountant and his business roles have primarily dealt with the financial, commercial and corporate matters, often troubleshooting, within a wide range of business sectors, including professional services, property development and investment.
Non-business activities have been covered on UK television and national press, and include his multiple entries in international road rallies.
Michael lives in London and is married with two children (13 and 1 month).[email protected]
Nik is responsible for the redevelopment pipeline of over 500,000sq.ft of mixed use development in South West London and regional hotspots, focusing primarily on town centre regeneration opportunities, driving value through planning, refurbishment and asset management solutions. He has acted and negotiated on the acquisition and delivery of a number of the major CNM sites across a number of sectors, with a focus on delivering an innovative and sustainable housing and commercial portfolio.
As both a trained Architect and Surveyor, he is able to fuse knowledge of design and investment to deliver value across all stages of the development process, whilst maintaining high quality development and place making solutions in line with CNM’s company ethos.

Having worked as a corporate receptionist for four years in central London, looking after the needs of her day to day clients and their guests, Olga is used to delivering a high level of customer service. Prior to this, she worked in a 5 star hotel environment managing a busy team and keeping to the high standards of the hotel.
Olga has brought this experience to her role at CNM, now Reception Manager for Tolworth Tower, where she endeavours to drive high service levels and deliver a fantastic customer experience to her tenants, clients, and their respective guests.[email protected]
Since 2004, he has worked in the UAE on a number of strategy and finance projects, working with senior government and private sector officials. He is currently working with a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce as Strategy Advisor.
From 1994 to 2004, Wahid was an executive with IBM Global Services, where he held the following positions:
