Adrian has worked as Consultant Land Director at CNM Estates since 2015, and has been collaborating with us to source and appraise projects since 2005. He combines this with running his own business Speer Land and New Homes Consultancy, which he founded in 2012.
Since 1974, Adrian has had a diverse career in property, starting as a West End Graduate Commercial Surveyor before jointly setting up the Wimbledon estate agency, Quinton Scott. His particular focus was on residential development and investment in a business that also marketed offices, shops and industrial projects. After 25 years, Adrian joined Bewley Homes Ltd as Land Acquisition Surveyor, and then Allen Briegel and Hamptons International as Land and Development Surveyor.
Adrian has been a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2000 and has procured the development of some 4,000 new homes across London and the Home Counties.
Adrian is married with four grown-up daughters and is a keen cyclist, sailor and marksman.[email protected]
Alastair joined CNM Estates as Sales and Marketing Director in September 2017. He has overall responsibility for marketing all of our assets, as well as growing the CNM Estates brand within the local community and the property sector as a whole.
More recently Alastair was Group Business Development Director at Wordsearch, helping expand the business globally and focussing on the growth of River Film, the specialist property computer generated renderings and film business.
Over a 25-year career he has held a diverse number of roles including Client Partner at Saatchi&Saatch X (shopper marketing) and Managing Director of Publicis Blueprint (publishing). He has also consulted for various blue-chip companies including Fujitsu, Toyota and The Royal Mail.
Alastair is married with two boys and enjoys training his local Under 10 football team while dabbling in choral singing when time permits.[email protected]
In his role as Development Manager, Alex is responsible for the post acquisition delivery process of mixed-use, residential-led schemes. He joined CNM Estates in 2015 and currently manages our schemes at Tolworth North Point and Weston Super Mare.
Starting his career as a structural engineer designing high-rise, city centre developments in New York, Alex has since held senior project management positions with both engineering consultants and contractors in the UK. His cross-discipline career experience allows him to take a hands-on approach when steering projects through the design and procurement stages of development. Previous companies include Thornton Tomasetti Engineers, a leading practice in New York as well as City Sanctuary Real Estate and NHBC in the UK.

Andrew White has spent the last 25 years involved with the UK property market and has gained valuable experience across all real estate fields, including Fund and Asset Management, Investment and Development. Andrew has been a Director of CNM Estates since July 2013.

Mr White is a Qualified Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.

Cameron joined CNM Estates in November 2017 on a work experience placement. He was responsible for a project to research the use of the latest technology used within the development industry. He has now joined the team full time and is getting fully involved with current developments at both Kings Point, Reading and Canbury, Kingston-upon-Thames.
Prior to joining CNM Cameron worked for 2 years at the John Lewis Partnership as a specialist sales advisor on both the Nursery and latterly the Audio and Television departments. He attended Richard Challoner School where he was extremely involved with both the drama and Music departments.

Chris joined CNM Estates as Construction Director in July 2016. He has overall responsibility for the procurement and delivery of the construction aspect of CNM Estates’ schemes. This role includes securing contractors and professional consultants to meet the requirements of the Business.
Chris brings almost 30 years of experience within the Construction Sector to CNM, being employed by John Mowlem and Company plc for nearly 15 years and, latterly, Balfour Beatty plc for 10 years. Within his role as Operations Director at Balfour Beatty, Chris held responsibility for the securing and successful delivery of Contracts within the Commercial sector in the London Regional business. This included the management of the project delivery teams on simultaneous schemes.
Within his role, Chris was client-facing and worked directly with a number of ‘Blue Chip’ developers including Capital and Regional, ING Real Estate, Great Portland Estates and Stockland.

Dawn combines her role as Office Manager with that of PA to Wahid Samady, Chairman of CNM Estates. She joined the business in 2013 and ensures the business runs smoothly and efficiently from an administrative point of view.
Prior to CNM, Dawn worked at Visual Impact working her way up from Receptionist to PA to the Sales Director. This followed a varied career as a nursery and dancing teacher. She has owned her own dance school and has worked extensively in the theatre as a stage manager and choreographer.
Dawn has four boys and continues to indulge her passion for theatre, working in various theatres as a stage manager on many productions.[email protected]
Ed joined CNM Estates in January 2016 as Delivery Director to appoint contractors and support and advise our Development Managers on the delivery aspects of all our projects.
He has over 30 years’ experience delivering schemes in virtually every sector including education, student accommodation, heritage, sports, defence, and transportation. He is a previous Managing Director for Mansell Plc’s London and Northern operations, as well as the Managing Director of the London Divisional Business Unit of Balfour Beatty Plc
Ed is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Fellow of the Built Environment and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building. In his spare time he enjoys family, walking and playing golf.[email protected]
Eduardo joined CNM Estates in 2015. His role as Chief Technology Officer sees him examine the short and long term needs of the company to ensure we reach our business objectives. For the last 10 years Eduardo has worked in a number of financial roles advising global equity funds. He is also an administrator in his family business.
Prior to this Eduardo provided competitive intelligence for Albert Inc, a start-up search engine. He began his career in Germany and in the US with REHAU, a tier one supplier to car companies, working in various engineering roles.
Eduardo has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. He is married with one son and spends his spare time enjoying the great outdoors – skippering his yacht, skiing and scuba diving when time allows.[email protected].com
Isabelle joined CNM estates as a Development Manager in April 2018 and is currently managing the delivery of Sutton Point and Canbury Business Park.
She started her career at GVA where she spent almost five years working in departments including development consultancy, commercial valuation and residential land agency whilst becoming a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Isabelle holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Cardiff University and an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
Isabelle lives in London with her fiancée, in her spare time she enjoys practising yoga, reading and walking, as well as cooking for family and friends.[email protected]
Jade started at CNM Estates as a Business and Administration apprentice in September 2013. Since completing her National Vocational Qualification Level 2, she has taken on the role of Accounts Manager and IT Support. Jade is currently working on Sage training and plans to start her Association of Accounting Technicians’ qualifications next year.
Prior to joining CNM Estates, Jade attended The Thomas Knyvett College where she studied for her GCSEs before moving to Brooklands College where she completed her BTEC Level 2 in IT. Jade also achieved her NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration from Kingston Adult Education College whilst at CNM Estates.
In her spare time, Jade likes to attend social conventions and concerts, also working for her father most weekends doing the accounts for his landscaping business.[email protected]
Kinga joined CNM Estates as BookKeeper in July 2018. Her role includes assisting external accountants with VAT and accounts preparation.
Kinga completed her Association of Accounting Technicians qualification in 2015, and has worked in accounts payable for the last 3 years for Weight Management Centre Ltd.
Poland born Kinga moved to London in 2001, has two daughters and practices Krav Maga. She enjoys cycling, good restaurants and live concerts.[email protected]
Laila is responsible for the development and implementation of the community engagement program at CNM Estates. She is also an advisor in marketing strategy and communications, and she also plays an integral role in our human resources and company management. She joined the company in 2016.
Laila has 18 years experience in cancer research and therapeutics in the UK, France and the US, with expertise in medical affairs and partnerships in the pharmaceutical industry. She is currently working as a consultant for biotechnology companies, advising on company strategy, partnerships, business development and capital raise strategy.
She was the first Medical Science Liaison in Oncology Medical Affairs at Boehringer Ingelheim and was part of the initial team that set up the Medical Affairs department for Boehringer Ingelheim in the US. She then had a global strategic role for the company, as the Global Trial Alliance Manager advising on partnerships with cooperative groups and networks of influence, in the context of new studies in Oncology.
Laila holds a doctorate in Molecular Pathology and Immunology from University College London, as well two post-doctoral fellowships at the Institute of Child Health and Great Ormond Street Hospital. Her PhD work focused on the genetic engineering and development of herpes simplex virus vectors for immunotherapy of cancer and infectious diseases. This work led to the development of patents and spin out company, BioVex, acquired by Amgen in 2011 for $1B.
Laila lives in London with her husband and 5 year old son, and enjoys as a hobby to spend time with her family boating on the Solent.[email protected]
Michael has been a director of CNM Estates since 2011, combining his considerable experience with that of Wahid Samady to turn the business into the foremost property development company in Kingston and the surrounding areas.
Michael qualified as a chartered accountant in 1987 and was previously Chief Financial Officer of an international group of companies, incorporating town and master planning, architecture and structural design with offices from London to Abu Dhabi, Dubai to Warsaw, and Cork to Shanghai.
Michael lives in London, has two children and is well known on the international road rally circuit, where his exploits have frequently been covered in the national media.[email protected]
Tim joined CNM Estates as Associate Director of Planning and Design in February 2018. He oversees a number of projects in Kingston including the redevelopment of the Canbury Business Park.
He spent much of his previous career as Director at Architectural Practice PRP before moving into development as Architecture and Design Director at Fairview New Homes and more recently at Countryside Partnership Homes.
Tim holds a BA and Diploma from the University of Sheffield in Architecture is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.[email protected]
Tristram joined CNM Estates in July 2018. He is responsible for pre-acquisition of sites, and actively involved in CNM’s Modular Concept and the delivery of Alpha Wharf.
Completing a Master of Architecture in Australia, he returned to his birthplace in 2010 to work with large London based design focussed architecture practices. Recently completing a Master of Real Estate Development, and over 2 years with London’s largest housebuilder, Tristram brings a wealth of residential property experience both in London’s burgeoning Private Rental Sector and Private Development homes.

Since 2004, he has worked in the UAE on a number of strategy and finance projects, working with senior government and private sector officials. He is currently working with a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce as Strategy Advisor.
From 1994 to 2004, Wahid was an executive with IBM Global Services, where he held the following positions:
Mr Samady has an MBA from INSEAD (92), MSc , Telecommunications from Kings College, University of London and BSc (Eng) Hons from Kings College, University of London.

Will joined CNM Estates as Development Manager in August 2017. He oversees a number of projects in Kingston including 7-13 Coombe Road and 15 Coombe Road.
He started his career at Project Management and Cost Consultancy firm Thornton Firkin before spending two years at Cushman & Wakefield working in the City office on both commercial and residential assets.
Will holds a BA from the University of Leeds in Geography, and an MSc in Project Management from the University of Reading.
As well as indulging his passion for travel, Will enjoys clay pigeon shooting, rugby and a spot of gardening.[email protected]
