At CNM Estates, Community Engagement is a cause that is close to our heart. As developers, we are dedicated to bringing improvements to towns and we understand the important part played by the community in creating a successful town.
We are passionate to encourage the younger generation's growth by supporting the Kingston Regatta on the beautiful riverside Thames and the Rose Theatre Kingston, as well as charities in the Borough of Kingston upon Thames and surrounding areas. We have an exciting apprenticeship program for the training and development of local young residents. We believe in an innovative and entrepreneurial mind-set in our local community and we support the growth of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
Through strong relationships and collaborations with local government, businesses and community organisations, CNM Estates can achieve its long term goal to realise potential and value through development and regeneration, creating new areas where people flourish and businesses grow, ultimately benefiting our community.

CNM Estates is proudly supporting the Kingston Regatta for the 10th year. The event is ‘the jewel in the crown' of amateur rowing on the River Thames. Held annually since 1857 the family event attracts thousands of spectators to watch over 500 races of an international standard. As main sponsors, CNM Estates host a three-course lunch on Saturday 14th July 2018, while guests can enjoy live music, be part of an auction and watch the sport. If you would like to book a table for 12 people or just individual seats, be a sponsor or make a donation, click here to find out more.
All sponsorships and proceeds of the luncheon and auction will be donated to the Kingston Rowing Club in aid of rowing in Kingston, to maintain its fantastic facilities and to support local youth rowing programs that are vital in providing opportunities to many of the young people of Kingston upon Thames and the surrounding areas.
Last year, CNM Estates raised more than £17,000 at the charity luncheon during the Kingston Regatta, of which £10,952 was donated to the Kingston Rowing Club and £6,200 was given to the Grenfell Tower appeal.
As founding sponsors of the Rose Theatre Kingston, CNM Estates has been supporting for a decade this vibrant and unique cultural community facility in Kingston upon Thames. Nearly a million people have watched over 580 shows at the Rose Theatre since it opened, with many productions featuring some of the country's leading actors, producers and directors. Since 2013, we have been in a 5-year partnership with the Rose Theatre to sponsor the Christmas production each year. In 2016, CNM Estates proudly sponsored the magical production of The Wind in the Willows, an adaptation of the classic children's story from Kenneth Grahame, breaking the Rose Theatre's box office records. Over 100 children auditioned for roles in Wind in the Willows and also joined the Rose Youth Theatre as a result.

At CNM Estates, we believe in the importance of promoting innovation in our local community, and therefore we strongly support entrepreneurship and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) by offering space for rent to start-ups and SMEs. Furthermore, we are setting up a business incubator (HUB) in selected developments. The HUB will provide a creative workplace bringing together different industries and types of social businesses, which will help young companies strive and benefit from a supportive business environment.
For the past years, CNM Estates has been supporting local charities and their mission in the Borough of Kingston Upon Thames and surrounding area.
CNM Estates has acted as founding donor of Love Kingston, an inspiring community organisation supporting five local projects committed to ‘pathways out of poverty’ in the Borough of Kingston upon Thames. In 2016, we have supported Refugee Action Kingston, a local charity providing advice and support for refugees in Kingston. In support to the Mayor's Charity, we have also sponsored the Dementia Appeal, to help Kingston Hospital transform dementia care in Kingston and beyond.
This year, we are sponsoring the Kingston Chamber Concerts, a series of 6 chamber music concerts which will take place at The East End Cafe, in the beautifully restored All Saints Church in the center of Kingston upon Thames. The concerts will be performed by professional young musicians who live locally. For more details or for booking, please email directly email@example.com.
