CNM Estates are bringing forward proposals to deliver new serviced accommodation units on an underutilised site in the heart of New Malden.
The site at St George’s Court, 4 St George’s Square, is located directly adjacent to New Malden Railway Station, CI Tower and St. George’s Square, fronting New Malden High Street.
The St Georges Court building sits in between two structures built in the 1960s (CI and Apex towers). The building on the proposal site was originally built as an annex to the towers with the mansard roof built as a later addition. Kingston’s ‘A Vision for New Malden Town Centre’ recognises that there is a key opportunity to improve this area and create usable and considered public space for markets and other community activities alongside new development opportunities
