CNM Estates obtained planning permission for Kingston Regal to see the beautiful restoration of the interior and exterior of this listed Art Deco building and its transformation into a lively mixed-use building. Retaining much of the period detailing and features, the new design will include a conference centre, restaurant, dance studio, children’s activity area. An additional new building will contain office and small business incubator space, serviced apartments for short term rentals, and luxury residences.
