CNM Estates have launched new plans to deliver 40 serviced apartments and an 109 desk serviced office space in Walton on Thames.

The plans for the site seek to re-invigorate the high street, forming a community hub and providing a new accommodation offering, whilst respecting the character of the wider area and neighbouring buildings. The plans will also provide a café space which will create an active frontage facing the street at ground level.
