CNM Estates is bringing forward proposals for the revitalisation of St George’s Court. Our aim is to refresh the site, with an attractive and sustainable design that brings new serviced apartments for short-to-medium stay visitors and investment in this important location at the heart of New Malden town centre.
The proposals will retain active ground floor uses along with the existing two floors of office accommodation above, with the additional of 70 self-contained serviced accommodation units over a proposed five-storey extension that will help deliver a range of short-to-medium stay visitor accommodation in the heart of New Malden Town Centre.
As well as a comprehensive approach to the building design, the scheme will upgrade the public realm to enhance the area and improve accessibility between New Malden Station and the town centre.
