Major mixed-use development in Sutton to be launched this month A large-scale mixed-use development in Sutton is set to be launched later this month by CNM Estates.

Sutton Point comprises towers which provide space for 332 residential apartments, over 21,000 sq. ft. of retail and 18,000 sq. ft. of office space, combined with a 150 bed hotel and serviced apartments.

The first phase of the development to be launched is a collection of 116 apartments ranging from studios up to three bedroom penthouses, located in the main Central Tower.

The new homes are available to purchase through Knight Frank and Barnard Marcus, with prices starting from £280k. Help to Buy is also available on all apartments in the first phase up to £600k.

Alastair Young, sales and marketing director at CNM Estates, said: “Sutton Point occupies an unbeatable site when it comes to location, and I expect it to be exceptionally popular with those who regularly commute to London using Sutton’s fast rail links.

“The apartments are of incredible quality and are right in the heart of the town, meaning the amenities and attractions of Sutton are always within close reach. Family-friendly Sutton is one of London’s greenest boroughs with excellent schools, and families and young professionals alike will be drawn to the large floorplates and amenities offered by the development.”

The Sutton Point residences provide open-plan living spaces with views over the countryside and London, and each apartment provides a range of kitchen work surfaces and flooring options.

In addition to its close proximity to Sutton Railway Station, Sutton Point is also just a stone’s throw from the town centre, which is currently the centre of extensive regeneration as part of Sutton Plan.

Sutton Plan is a multi-million pound scheme which will see Sutton’s housing, transport and community hubs developed to meet the expected population growth in the future, along with several other commitments by the council to continue building the community.

Sutton Point is also under half an hour’s drive to Gatwick Airport and only 40 minutes to Heathrow Airport.

Chris Jones, associate at Knight Frank, commented: “Sutton Point represents a piece of London lifestyle at a great value price point, with excellent transport connections. “With one of the fastest-growing property markets, now is a great time to invest in a home in the town, and to make the most of its community-orientated ethos and wonderful schools and amenities.

“We have received a lot of interest in this development and expect the apartments to be sold quickly.”
