Join us at the Kingston Regatta Charity Luncheon 2018

Kingston Regatta is one of the largest and oldest sporting events in the Royal Borough of Kingston, and the highlight of the summer sporting calendar, social season and a wonderful community event. The event comprises two days of fun, competitive racing between rowing clubs, universities including Oxford and Cambridge and schools from a wide area across London and the South East.

The Regatta attracts more than 2200 athletes (of which 1500 are juniors under 18) and 720 crews who compete in over 320 races across the two days. Club racing for adults aged 16 to 75 takes place on the Saturday whilst on Sunday the juniors aged 12-15 compete.

The Kingston Regatta 2018 will be held on Saturday 14thJuly and Sunday 15th July 2018. The 1000m course runs between Raven's Ait and finishes opposite the Gazebo by Kingston Bridge. Racing starts at 08:30 and finishes by 18:30. The best viewing points are within the Regatta enclosure, where you can hear the commentary and programmes are available to buy.

Entry to the Regatta’s public enclosure is £2 per person which can be paid on the dayand there are a number of bars and food stalls available all day. For those looking for a private VIP experience, real estate developer CNM Estates as main sponsor of the Kingston Regatta for the 10th year, hosts a hospitality marquee for 500 guests which provides a champagne reception, three-course lunch, live music, and a charity auction, all in aid of raising money for the Kingston Rowing Club. Transport: Parking is available for £5 per day The public and private enclosures are 5-minute walk from Hampton Wick Station and 10-minute walk from Kingston Station.

The whole event is run by over 150 volunteers from local rowing clubs and the VIP luncheon is brought to you by CNM Estates. All funds raised go towards the Kingston Rowing Club, keeping the regatta running and provide new equipment and facilities for local youth rowing programmes.
