Andrew White

Director

Andrew White has spent the last 25 years involved with the UK property market and has gained valuable experience across all real estate fields, including Fund and Asset Management, Investment and Development. Andrew has been a Director of CNM Estates since July 2013.

Andrew’s career history includes:

• Property Director, Craigend Properties Limited (08/11-Present)
• CEO, Matrix Property, Middle East (03/10-08/11)
• Board Director, Kenmore Property Group Limited, Edinburgh, Dubai and Doha, Qatar
• Head of UK Investment, Kenmore Property Group Limited, Edinburgh
• Fund Manager, TSB Life Fund and Hill Samuel Property Unit Trust, Hill Samuel Property Services (part of Lloyds TSB), St. Pauls, London (1989-98)
• Fund Manager, Main Life Fund, Sunlife Properties (now AXA Sunlife), Knightsbridge, London (1987-89)

Mr White is a Qualified Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.

Mr White lives between Abu Dhabi, London and Edinburgh, and is married with three children.

Lara Sampson

Director

Lara is a Director at CNM Estates with experience working across the marketing, development and finance departments of the company.

During her time at CNM Estates she has helped structure a number of complex facility agreements involving multiple projects, overseen the development of a variety of schemes, from planning through to completion, led a number of marketing & branding campaigns at both a project and corporate level and has been responsible for a far reaching community engagement programme which has, over the years, raised more than £100,000 for various charities.

Lara graduated with an Economics degree in 2014 and generally lives in Putney, London but during the Winter months is often found roaming the French Alps.

Wahid Samady

Chairman

Since 2004, he has worked in the UAE on a number of strategy and finance projects, working with senior government and private sector officials. He is currently working with a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce as Strategy Advisor.

From 1994 to 2004, Wahid was an executive with IBM Global Services, where he held the following positions:

Mr Samady has an MBA from INSEAD (92), MSc , Telecommunications from Kings College, University of London and BSc (Eng) Hons from Kings College, University of London.

Wahid lives between Abu Dhabi and London, is married with two children.
