Birnbeck Peninsula, Weston-super-Mare is a proposed redevelopment which will offer a stunning boutique hotel and private apartment complex with views over the bay and will be located on the site of the former Royal Pier Hotel.

The new building is intended as a prominent landmark not just for Weston-super-Mare, but for the wider region. It will be a mixed-use scheme including a range of facilities for the public, from cafes, shops and a lifeboat museum at promenade level, to a range of eating and drinking places at ground floor entered from Birnbeck Road. There will also be a spa with a heated pool, and a rooftop restaurant with spectacular views.

To add to the prestige of the proposed development, internationally renowned architects, Conran&Partners have been appointed to create the designs.
